AKO|O is led by founder Tara Cromer, who has spent the last decade inside high-growth companies refining systems, tightening workflows, and building operational foundations built to scale. Tara brings a sharp instinct for spotting inefficiencies and fine tuning processes, but the real strength of AKO|O comes from how she and her team work together. Each operator brings deep, hands-on experience in their own lane, and the magic happens in the way we combine those perspectives to diagnose issues and design clean, functional solutions.
